Online Reservations for Study Rooms at Select Locations
Individuals or groups may reserve a study room for a one- or two-hour period with a maximum of three reservations per day and no more than a total of six reservations in a 14-day period. Customers sharing a study room are considered a group and these limits apply to the entire group.
If an individual or group has not claimed the study room within 15 minutes of their scheduled reservation, the room may be booked by another customer. Reservations begin and end on the half hour or hour.
Search for available times by choosing from the three drop-downs on the page: the number of people in your group, the length of time that you would like the room (up to a total of two hours), and the general timeframe in which you'd like the room (now, any time, morning, afternoon, evening). Click on "Search."
Depending on study room availability, you will be presented with up to three locations where study rooms may be reserved: Agave Library, Burton Barr Central Library, and Cesar Chavez Library.
